Cheese Chiffon Cake

light cheese cake or cheese chiffon cake 都好吃 !

Recipe

Butter 25g
Milk 60g
Cream Cheese 70g
Egg Yolk 4
Cake Flour 70g

Egg White 4
Sugar 50g
Few drop of Lemon juice

Method :-
1) Preheat oven to 350F.
2) Double boiled butter, cream cheese and milk till butter & cheese melted. 
3) Remove from stove, add yolks into cheese mixture and mixed.
4) Sift flour and mix till well combined.
5) Beat egg whites till fluffy, add lemon juice and sugar, continue to beat till stiff peak formed.
(make sure the cheese mixture still warm when mixing with egg whites)
6) FOLD 1/3 whites into cream cheese mixture. Continue to fold in remaining egg whites, mix till well combined.
7) Pour batter into 7" chiffon tin.
8) Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes.
9) Remove from oven, invert the chiffon tin immediately.
