想吃就做呗,不用等农历新年。

Recipe :-

Tapioca Flour 200g
Yolk 1
Sugar 50g
Coconut Milk 75 - 85 (warm)

1) Sift flour, set aside
2) Whisk egg yolk and sugar till pale and fluffy, then add flour mixture and coconut milk alternatively. 
3) Dough should not be too wet or too dry. 
4) Dust moulds well.
5) Press dough into the mould, trim excess dough, then the lightly knock it out on the working surface. 
6) Bake in preheated oven 160C / 325F for 18 minutes. (use fan oven / convection )

~ Fried tapioca flour with pandan leaves till light, then cool for 3 - 5 days.
