My favourite recipe.

 

Ingredients:-

Usalted Butter 170g
Sugar 120g
Pinch of salt

Egg 1
Few drop of vanilla

Cake 280g
Baking Powder 2.5tsp
Fresh Milk 180g

Fresh Blueberries 160g

 

DIRECTIONS

1) Heat oven to 375°.
2) Prepare regular-size muffin cups (or 12 large size muffins).
3) Cream butter and sugar about 2 minutes, beat until pale and fluffy.
4) Add egg and vanilla essence, beat till well combined.
5) Fold in flour mixture with alternately with fresh milk.
6) Fold in blueberries.
7) Bake 22-23 minutes, until golden brown and springy to touch.
