Chiffon cake recipes are almost same on website, most important is learning the techniques of whipping egg whites and FOLD the egg whites into yolks batter.

 

Recipe :-

Fresh Milk 80g
Yolk 4
Oil 40g ( I use grapeseed oil)
Cake Flour 95g

 

White 4 (cold)
Few drop of lemon juice
Sugar 55g

Method:-
1) Combine milk, yolks and oil, then sieve flour into mixture. Mix till well combined.
2) Electric handmixer ~ beat the egg whites till frothy, then add few drops of lemon juice and 1/2 sugar and continue to beat till soft peak. Add remaining sugar and beat till stiff peak.
3) FOLD 1/3 meringue to yolk mixture, the pour mixture to meringue bowl, and continue to FOLD till well combined.
4) Pour into 7" chiffon tin
5) Bake in preheated oven 350F about 30 minutes
