Apple Tart

Filling :-

3 medium apples
Dash of cinnamon powder
Brown Sugar 40g
Lemon juice 0.5 tbsp
Butter 25g

~ Combine all and bring it to boil till apple become softer.

Pastry

Plain flour 130g
Sugar 1 tbsp
Pinch of Salt
Cold Butter 50g
Ice water 2 tbsp

~ Combine flour, sugar, salt and butter. Knead till crumbly with fingertips
~ Then add water to form a dough.
~ Rest in fridge about 30 minutes
~ Use round cutter to cut, press each circle in tins until all the way up each side, to form little bowls.
~ Keep some dough for topper
~ Scoop filling into tins, then covered by designed dough and brushed with egg wash.
~ Bake in preheated oven 380F for 10 minutes, then change to 350F for 15 minutes.
