 Pandan Chiffon Cake Recipe

Butter 50g
Coconut Milk 60g
Pinch of Salt

Pandan Juice 35g
Yolk 4
Cake flour 95g

Egg Whites 4
Lemon few drops
Sugar 50g

Method:-
1) Combine butter, coconut milk and pinch salt ~ double boil till butter melted
2) Next add pandan juice, yolks and cake flour, mix till well combined.
3) Electric Hand mixer, beat egg whites till frothy, add few drops lemon juice and sugar. Continue to beat till stiff peak formed
4) Fold 1/3 meringue into yolk batter, then pour batter into meringue, continue to FOLD till well incorporated. Pour into 7" chiffon tin 
5) Bake in preheated oven 350F for 30 minutes.
