Chocolate Swiss Roll

Recipe :-
A) 
Yolk 3 
Oil 30g
Fresh Milk 65g
Cake Flour 65g
Cocoa Powder 1 tbsp
Dash of cinnamon powder

(B)
Whites 3 
Lemon Juice few drops
Sugar 40g

Filling : Swiss Meringue Buttercream + Diced Strawberries

做法:
1)Combine ingredients A, set aside
2)Beat egg whites till frothy, add lemon juice and sugar and continue to beat till stiff peak formed
3)FOLD 1/3 meringue into yolk batter, then pour all into meringue bowl and continue to FOLD till well incorporated.
4)Pour onto lined baking sheet
5) Bake in preheated oven 325F / 165C (Fan) for 15 minutes.
