Swiss Roll

Recipe :-

A)

Yolk 3

Oil 30g

Vanilla ess 1 tsp

Fresh Milk 65g

Cake Flour 65g

(B)

Whites 3

Lemon Juice few drops

Sugar 40g

Filling : Swiss Meringue Buttercream + Cocoa Powder

做法:

1)Combine ingredients A, set aside

2)Beat egg whites till frothy, add lemon juice and sugar and continue to beat till stiff peak formed

3)FOLD 1/3 meringue into yolk batter, then pour all into meringue bowl and continue to FOLD until well incorporated.

4)Pour onto lined baking sheet (8" X 11")

5) Bake in preheated oven 325F / 165C (Fan) for 15 minutes.

6) Lightly roll up the cake when still warm, just wanted to make roll shape.

7) Open the cake roll again, then spread with your favourite filling, roll up again and place in fridge for at least 1 hour
