Kuih Dadar

Filling :-
Dark Brown Molasses Sugar 25g
Pinch of Salt
1 - 2 tbsp water
Grated fresh coconut 70g

~ Bring sugar, salt and water to boil and dissolved, add coconut and stir till well mixed, remove from heat and cool.

Batter Recipe :-
Plain flour 90g
Corn Flour 1 tbsp
Coconut milk 100ml
Pandan Juice 120ml (blend pandan leaves with water, strain)
Pinch of Salt
Sugar 0.5 tbsp

~ Combine all wet ingredients, add sugar and dissolved. Sift flour into batter and mix till well combined. Strain, ready to use.
~ Preheat non-stick pan and brushed with little oil.
~ Pour batter onto pan, cook both side with medium heat.

* Last, place filling on crepe and roll up tightly.
