Cornell oven 35L - 160C fan for 60minutes, 175C upper & lower heat for 10 minutes.
Can't find a round tin, only have one mousse cake ring.

Recipe

(A)
yolk 5
egg 1
fresh milk 80g (room temperature)
corn oil 55g
superfine flour 80g
pinch of salt
~ Combine all ingredients A, set aside

few drops of lemon juice
sugar 65g

~ Beat whites till frothy, then add few drop of lemon juice, and continue to add sugar. 
~ Beat until medium peak formed
~ Fold 1/3 meringue into yolk batter, then pour all yolk batter into meringue bowl, continue FOLD till well incorporated (I use whisk to fold instead of spatula).
~ Pour into 8" loose pan (lined with parchment paper), wrapped tin with aluminum foil, then place on baking tray which filled with water.
~ Bake in preheated oven 160C upper & lower heat with fan for 60 minutes, 175C lower & upper heat only for 10 minutes (Cornell oven 35L)
