家常蛋糕。。

Recipe (10" square baking sheet)

Yolk 3
Oil 35g
Cake Flour 65g
Fresh Milk 65g

Whites 3 (keep in freezer about 3-5 minutes)
Lemon Juice few drops
Sugar 40g

Method : (chiffon method)
1) Combine yolk, oil, milk and flour, set aside
2) Beat whites until frothy, then add few drops of lemon juice and continue to add sugar in 3 batches. Continue to beat till stiff peak formed
3) FOLD 1/3 meringue add into yolk batter, then pour all batter to meringue bowl, continue to FOLD till well incorporated. 
4) Pour batter onto lined baking sheet, tap the baking sheet lightly to remove air bubbles.
5) Bake in preheated oven 325F for 15 minutes (convection oven/Fan)
6) Remove from oven, cool on the rack.
7) spread with buttercream or jam...your favourite filling.
