Bao Recipe
Plain flour 300g
Yeast 3g
Baking powder 1/4 tsp
Milk 150 - 160g
Sugar 25g
Pinch of salt (avoid direct contacted with yeast)
Oil 10g

~ Combine all then rest for 15 minutes, divide to 12 - 14 pcs
~ Wrapped with your favourite filling
~ Last proof 25 - 30 minutes
~ Steamed with medium high heat for 18 minutes

Filling :-
~ Diced pork 300g
~ Oyster sauce 1 tbsp
~ Sugar 1 - 2 tbsp
~ Soy Sauce 1 tbsp
~ Dark Soy Sauce
~ Pepper & Salt
~ Cornflour + water (for thicken the sauce)
