Steamed Buns (馒头)
~ All purpose flour 300g
~ Instant yeast 3g (1%)...
~ Baking Powder 1/4tsp
~ Sugar 25g
~ Pinch of Salt
~ Fresh Milk 150g (room temperature)
~ Veg oil 15g

1) Combine all ingredients, knead till dough formed.
2) Rest 5 minutes, knead dough again to get smooth dough
3) Flatten dough, and roll up again like swiss roll and cut
4) Place dough on parchment paper
5) Last proof for 25 minutes or double size
6) Steamed from cold water until water boiling, then change to medium heat for 15 minutes. Open the lid and steam for another 3 minutes. Off the heat, rest buns in the steamer for 5 minutes.
