比较喜欢轻的奶油蛋糕。

Light Butter Cake Recipe:-

Unsalted Butter 125g...
Sugar 30g
Yolk 2 no
Heavy Cream 1 tbsp
Vanilla extract few drops
Cake Flour 100g
Baking Powder 1 tsp

Egg White 2 nos
Sugar 30g
Lemon few drops

Method :-
1) Sift cake flour and baking powder, set aside.
2) Cream butter and sugar till fluffy.
3)Add egg yolks and vanilla to cream till well combined.
4) Add sifted flour and heavy cream, use spatula to mix till combined.
5) Whisk egg white till fluffy, then add lemon juice and sugar.
6)Continue to whisk till medium peak formed.
7)Fold in meringue into flour batter, remember to FOLD and Do not overmix.
8)Pipe on the cake pop pan, and bake in preheated oven 350F about 18 - 20 minutes (small baking tin)
