Caramel Kaya (Caramel coconut Jam)

Be patient in order to get smooth kaya.(NO Blender used)

4 Eggs (must strain)
Coconut Milk 250g
Sugar 150g (100g + 50g for caramelized)
Pandan leaves knotted

~ Double-boiled method, pour coconut milk + sugar in a bowl, then place bowl on top of the pot and turn on heat
~ Caramelised the sugar then pour into coconut milk and stir quickly, next add strained eggs into mixture and keep stirring.
~ Cook till mixture thicken.
