Cheese Biscuit Recipe
Superfine Flour 90g
Parmesan cheese powder 30g
Ground Almond 10g
Icing Sugar 30g
Unsalted butter, room temperature 50g
Topping - cheese powder, sesame or ur favourite
Directions
In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients. Work in butter with fingertips until evenly mixed and to form a firm dough. Wrap dough in plastic wrap, and leave to rest in a cool place for about 30 minutes.
Preheat oven to 170 degrees C.
On a lightly floured surface, roll dough to 0.5cm thick. Cut out rectangle, and place on baking pan.
Sprinkle your favourite topping.
Bake until golden, about 12-15 minutes
This recipe actually almost same like cheese sable...only that I didn't add egg yolk, my sons love to eat !
