Cheese Biscuit Recipe

  • Superfine Flour  90g

  • Parmesan cheese powder 30g

  • Ground Almond 10g

  • Icing Sugar 30g

  • Unsalted butter, room temperature 50g

Topping - cheese powder, sesame or ur favourite

Directions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients. Work in butter with fingertips until evenly mixed and to form a firm dough. Wrap dough in plastic wrap, and leave to rest in a cool place for about 30 minutes.

  2. Preheat oven to 170 degrees C.

  3. On a lightly floured surface, roll dough to 0.5cm thick. Cut out rectangle, and place on baking pan. 

  4. Sprinkle your favourite topping.

  5. Bake until golden, about 12-15 minutes

This recipe actually almost same like cheese sable...only that I didn't add egg yolk, my sons love to eat !
