Kuih Kapit Recipe

Coconut Milk 400g
Water 150g - 200g (I prefer thinner, so add water to 200g)
Egg 6
Sugar 240g
Rice Flour 140g
Plain Flour 100g
Combine all ingredients, rest for 30 minutes.
