Egg yolk for brushing cookies, therefore some left over egg whites in my fridge and i decided to make some macarons this afternoon. Picture

 I have not enough almond powder so I've added some 5 grain powder...hahaha  随 机 应 变 吧 !

After piping, let it rest for 30 minutes or till the macaron shell not sticky when your finger touch on it (allow the skin to form).
