Ingredients:-

  • Egg Yolk 2 nos
  • Castor sugar 10g
  • Egg white 2 nos
  • Castor sugar 20g
  • Few drops of lemon juice
  • Low protein flour 60g
  1. Mix egg yolk with sugar (10g), set aside.
  2. Beat egg white till frothy, add lemon juice, then add sugar little by little, continue to beat till stiff peak.
  3. Fold 1/3 egg white into egg yolk mixture, and then pour mixture into remaining egg white and Fold gradually.
  4. Fold the flour into mixture until incorporated.
  5. Pipe on the parchment paper.
  6. Bake in preheated oven 350F for 10 - 12 minutes.
