Again..love the natural color...green is one of my favorite color ! I've added oregano for spinach chiffon cake, the taste is good. Next time i will add some into bagel also.

Spinach Bagel

  • Bread Flour 220g
  • Rye Flour 30g
  • Sugar 12g
  • Salt 4 g
  • Butter 5g
  • Instant yeast 2g
  • water 75g - 80g
  • Spinach juice 70g (after strain)
