Swiss Roll Recipe :- 

4 Egg yolks
80ml Fresh milk
40g Grapeseed oil
95g Cake flour

4 Egg whites
few drop of lemon juice
50g Sugar (I only added 40g)

METHOD

(1)Line a 9" x 13" baking tray with parchment paper. Preheat oven to 180°C.

(2)Combine egg yolks, fresh milk, oil and sifted flour. Mix until well combined.

(3)Whisk egg whites till frothy, add lemon juice and sugar. Continue to beat until stiff peak is formed. 

(4) Gently fold 1/3 egg white into yolk batter until well blended. Then pour batter into egg white bowl, and continue to FOLD till well combined.

(5)Pour batter into baking tray. Bake in oven for 18 minutes or until it is baked.

Assemble the Swiss Roll
(1)Spread buttercream on entire cake. Add some fruits on top.

(2)Gently roll up the cake. Wrap with cling film and place in the freezer to chill and set before serving.
